First Update

So, a couple of weeks ago, we pitched our idea to some lenders. One of them got back to us yesterday with an estimated SBA Cost Worksheet. Next up, we need to narrow down our land options and prefab builders a bit more to get a clearer picture of the costs in those worksheets. We've already reached out to our commercial real estate agent to check in on our top three land picks to make sure they’re still available and a good fit for SBA. Stay tuned for more updates!
